Stories to Savor is honored to partner with Interise for their monumental 20th Anniversary Networking Celebration, taking place May 5th through 7th at the DuSable Museum of African American History in Chicago. This collaboration aims to encapsulate the essence and vibrancy of Interise's three-day event through our specialized photography, film, and editing services. Our mission is to capture the dynamic moments, candid interactions, and the heart of Interise's commitment to supporting small businesses and fostering community growth.


  • Day 1 (May 5th, Anniversary Celebration): Kick off the event with comprehensive photography and videography coverage of the anniversary celebration. Focus on capturing candid photos and video footage to prepare an engaging video reel that highlights the energy, networking, and celebratory aspects of the evening.

  • Day 2 (May 6th, Full-day Coverage): Provide full-day photography coverage, capturing key moments, panel discussions, and the lively interactions among attendees. Film highlights of the Pitch Competition, showcasing the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial drive of the participants.

  • Day 3 (May 7th, Closing Sessions): Morning sessions to be filmed for live streaming, focusing on keynote speakers to broadcast their insightful messages to a broader audience. Capture high-quality photographs of the sessions, along with professional headshots for the 20 employers present, further enhancing the event's impact and reach.

  • Interviews & Engagement: Throughout the event, conduct interviews with attendees, utilizing a curated list of questions prepared by Interise. These interviews will serve to amplify the voices of the community, shedding light on individual experiences, insights, and the collective impact of Interise's work.

At Stories to Savor, our goal is to create visually compelling videos and still imagery that leaves a lasting impression, elevate brand awareness, and help Interise thrive on their special 3 day week. We are excited to work with you. 



Stories to Savor will offer comprehensive photography and videography services for Interise's 20th Anniversary Networking Celebration, including capturing key moments, professional headshots, and event highlights across three days. Our services encompass filming pivotal segments, live streaming keynotes, conducting attendee interviews, and delivering professionally edited photographs and videos for diverse uses. We're committed to providing a full suite of visual documentation and creative content, tailored to enhance engagement and memorialize the event's impact.

The Journey | The Process | The Timeframe

Filming Dates:

  • May 5th to May 7th, 2024: Our dedicated team will be on-site at the DuSable Museum of African American History to capture the Interise 20th Anniversary Networking Celebration. Coverage will include the anniversary celebration, panel discussions, pitch competition, keynote speeches, and candid moments throughout the event.

Final Products:

  • Video Reel: A professionally edited highlight reel showcasing the event's most impactful moments, including the networking celebration, insightful speeches, and vibrant attendee interactions.

  • Livestream Video: High-quality video of the morning keynote sessions on May 7th, provided for real-time online engagement and later access.

  • Attendee Interviews: Edited compilation of attendee interviews, offering diverse insights and enhancing the narrative of the Interise community's impact.

  • Pitch Competition Footage: Detailed coverage of the pitch competition, capturing the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of the participants.

  • Photographic Documentation: A comprehensive collection of candid photos, keynote speaker captures, and professional headshots of 20 employers, documenting the event's atmosphere, key moments, and notable attendees.

Completion Timeline:

  • The final delivery of all products, including the video reel, livestream recordings, attendee interviews, pitch competition footage, and all photographic content, is anticipated to take up to 3 weeks days post-event. This timeframe allows for meticulous editing, post-production enhancements, and the assembly of a cohesive and impactful package that thoroughly represents the essence and achievements of the Interise 20th Anniversary Networking Celebration.

Additional Considerations:

  • Throughout the post-production process, we will maintain open communication with the Interise team, providing updates and seeking feedback to ensure the final deliverables align with your vision and expectations. Our goal is to create a suite of visual content that not only commemorates this milestone event but also serves as a powerful tool for Interise to showcase its impact and drive future engagement.

Please rest assured, our commitment to excellence and attention to detail will guide us in delivering a final product that exceeds expectations and celebrates the legacy and future of Interise.


Consultation: This step involves an initial consultation to discuss Interise goals and objectives. 

1. Interise Premiere Package

  • Price: $12,000

    • Tailored for essential yet comprehensive coverage, this package includes:

      • Photography coverage for the three-day event​

      • Basic Videography services with event clips delivered

2. Interise Signature Package

  • Price: $16,000

    • The Signature Package builds upon the Premiere package with added depth, including:

      • Attendee interviews 

      • Pitch competition coverage

      • Enhanced editing for a more engaging highlight reel

3. Interise Ultimate Legacy Package

  • Price: $24,000

    • The Ultimate Legacy Package builds upon the Signature package and it includes:​

      • Same-day Livestream Video footage that will also be delivered on an external hard drive​

      • 20 Professional Headshots (3 poses per Interise Employee)

      • Documentary-style featured reel


4. Interise Pinnacle Experience Package:​

  • Price: $35,000

    • The Pinnacle Experience Package builds upon the Ultimate package and it includes:​

      • Drone Aerial Videography (subject to venue permissions and weather conditions)​

      • Edit Interview clips (up to 8 individuals to be used on your desired Social Media Platforms

      • Livestream Video edited with lower thirds representing the Keynote speakers


Our project timeline is designed to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content while accommodating the diverse needs of each package. For photography, including candid shots and professional headshots, completion is expected within 3 weeks post-event. The timeline for video deliverables varies: the Video Reel will be completed in 3 weeks, while selecting the Pinnacle Experience Package, with its edited interviews and livestream video editing, extends the timeline by an additional 2 weeks.. Financially, we require a 40% upfront payment to secure our services, with the remaining 60% due one week before the event commences, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow leading up to your event.
