Stories to Savor will be dedicated to delivering high-quality video content that showcases Lorenzo Smith Music Camp for students in grades 5-12. Our scope of services includes capturing the dynamic and inspiring music instruction, from concert and jazz band literature to marching band and piano lessons. We will highlight the camp's commitment to improving music literacy and providing a supportive environment, including free lunch every day, ensuring the essence and impact of the camp are vividly portrayed.


The Journey | The Process | The Timeframe

1. Initial Consultation and Planning (June 28 - June 30)

  • Discuss the overall vision, goals, and specific requirements for the Lorenzo Smith Music Camp website.

  • Outline the website structure and key features to be included.

2. Content Collection and Preparation (July 1 - July 3)

  • Gather all necessary content, including text, images, and videos.

  • Finalize the content for each section of the website.

3. Design and Prototype (July 4 - July 6)

  • Create design mockups for the website layout and visual elements.

  • Review and approve the design prototype.

4. Development and Coding (July 7 - July 14)

  • Begin the development of the website, starting with the homepage and main sections.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the website is functional and responsive across all devices.

  • Make any necessary revisions based on feedback.

6. Final Review and Launch Preparation (July 19 - July 21)

  • Perform a final review of the website with the client.

  • Prepare the website for launch, including SEO optimization and final adjustments.

7. Website Launch (July 22)

  • Officially launch the Lorenzo Smith Music Camp website and monitor for any post-launch issues.

8. Post-Launch Support and Surprise Reveal (July 23 - End of Camp)

  • Provide ongoing support to address any immediate post-launch issues.

  • Plan and coordinate the reveal of the new website as a surprise at the end of the camp.


Consultation: This step involves an initial consultation to discuss Lorenzo Smith Music Camp goals and objectives, target audience, and current marketing efforts. The cost for this step is $175 .

NOTE: Please note that there is a $300 monthly monthly retainer/maintenance fee, which includes maintaining  the website, providing monthly analytic performance reports, and uploading or updating content such as videos, images, and testimonials after the summer camp. This fee overs all changes to current pages, excluding the creation of additional pages. You can discontinue our monthly maintenance services at any time within a 30-day notice.

  • Our post go by 30 day increments from the time you start

    • Ex: If you start on June 29th, then July 29th would be your 30 day duration​

  • $500 per month | Can cancel with just a friendly 30 days advance notice​


The overall timeframe for producing and delivering your website can range from 3 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity, availability of resources, and client collaboration. We do require a 60% down payment before the start of the filming process. The remaining balance [40%] would be due when the project is complete.
