Derik Hines is a creative entrepreneur who is deeply passionate about the media industry. With a talent for filming and editing, he founded Stories to Savor (STS) in 2017 after being inspired by his work with Oprah Winfrey. STS is a one-stop-shop for small businesses looking to elevate their digital presence through high-quality video content, social media marketing, and web design. Derik and his team bring a unique perspective to every project, crafting custom content that tells each client's story in a visually stunning and engaging way. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Stories to Savor will provide Niphaphone Laura Robertson with tailored video packages ranging from brand promos to comprehensive speaker reels. These productions will integrate selected snippets from NLR's past engagements, punctuated with graphical enhancements for maximum impact. Our commitment is to deliver not just videos but immersive experiences that echo Laura's essence.

The Journey | The Process | The Timeframe

Initial Consultation & Planning

  • Timeframe: Week 1

  • The beginning stage where we align our visions and chart out the project specifics.

Filming Session(s)

  • Schedule slots to capture the core content, including NLR's live performances and dedicated shoots.

Post-Production | Editing

  • Putting together the footage filmed, enhancing it, and molding it into the desired formats and lengths

PROJECT BUDGET BREAKDOWN

Consultation: This step involves an initial consultation to discuss Niphaphone Laura Robertson goals and objectives. The cost for this step is $175 which is included in the "total cost".

PACKAGE #1 30-SECOND BRAND PROMO| Total Cost: $975​​

  • Video Production:

    • One day of on-site filming at the facility

    • Editing one 30-sec promo

    • One round of revision

PACKAGE #2 | 90-SECOND | Total Cost: $1,975

  • Video Production: 

    • One day of on-site filming at scheduled location

    • Editing one 90-second Speaker Reel

    • Two rounds of revisions

PACKAGE #3 | 90-SECOND | 30-second brand promo | 5 short prior engagements Total Cost: $3,675

  • Video Production:

    • One Day of on-site filming at scheduled location​

    • Includes Package 1 & 2 plus 5 shorts from prior engagements

      • each 15-30 seconds, complemented with graphical elements (Intro of logo and Social Tag handles)​

PROJECT TIMELINE

To ensure the smooth progression and completion of our project, the following payment plan has been established:

  1. An initial upfront payment of 50% is required to kickstart the project.

  2. The subsequent 25% is due in the second week after we commence our journey.

  3. The final 25% will be settled upon project completion, before the final deliverables are handed over.

Upon reviewing the proposal, lets grab another phone call so that we can iron out some exact dates that you'd like to start the filming process.

Once we have your approval, we will have an Acceptance of Project email sent for signing with the final total amount. The Acceptance Project will have:
